Enjoy an early look at Call Me Madam, New York City Center’s first Encores! production of their 75th Anniversary Season (February 6-10). The cast includes Carmen Cusack (Bright Star), Jason Gotay, Adam Heller, Stanley Wayne Mathis, Brad Oscar, and Lauren Worsham perform Irving Berlin classics such as “The Hostess with the Mostes’ On the Ball,” “It’s A Lovely Day Today,” and “They Like Ike.”
The cast also includes Ben Davis, Darrell Hammond, Carol Kane, Randy Rainbow, and Michael Benjamin Washington. Call Me Madam features music and lyrics by Irving Berlin and a book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse. This production is directed by Casey Hushion, with choreography by Denis Jones. Encores! Music Director Rob Berman will lead the Encores! Orchestra.
