About Hysteria Dubai Mall Experience
The ‘Legend’
Like we previously mentioned, Hysteria is a plot-driven experience. As it goes, the haunted house is owned by a family who has mysteriously lost their children in the middle of the night. You, the guest, become the target in the family's quest to find their kids and soon the parents begin to suffer from hysteria. Some of the residents you'll meet in this experience include Sykomaniak, Maddy Butler, and Fifi Sue.
What can be Expected
The experience involves the guests entering a haunted house which is packed to the brim with shocks and surprises. Each dimly lit room and dark corridor is hiding something scary that'll petrify you and make you scream like a 5-year old!
Participant Eligibility
The experience is absolutely scary, which means you must enter only if you enjoy horror and are sure that you can handle everything that'll come your way. Individuals with heart problems, claustrophobia, back or knee problems, high blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes or any other medical condition are not encouraged to enter. Pregnant women won't be allowed inside the haunted house.
Age Restrictions
The general policy for age is that no one under the age of 16 is recommended entry. Kids older than 13 will only be allowed inside the haunted house if they are accompanied by a parent. No one younger than 13 is allowed to enter.
No. of People Allowed at a Time
While only four people can enter Hysteria at a given time, a group of six can be allowed in after taking due permission from the manager.
Duration of the Experience
The Hysteria haunted experience includes a total of 15 rooms and you have all the time in the world to explore them. Generally, given the extremely scary nature of the attraction, most people make their exit in 10 minutes. But remember, there’s no fixed duration that you have to stay in for.

Hysteria is located on 2nd Floor, Opposite Reel Cinemas, Dubai Mall, Financial Center Road, Dubai.
Getting There
Given that the Dubai Mall is such an iconic Dubai landmark, there are countless ways for you to get here. The easiest would be taking the Dubai Metro. There’s a specific metro station, “The Dubai Mall” where you need to alight and the mall is at walkable distance from the station. If you want to take the bus, you have options; route 27 from the Deira Gold Souk station and route 29 from Ghubaiba bus station. Both these buses run every 16 minutes.
Opening/Closing Hours
Hysteria Dubai Mall is open from 10 AM to 12 AM from Saturday to Wednesday and from 10 AM to 1 AM on Thursdays and Fridays.
How To Purchase Tickets
Presently, tickets for Hysteria are only available at the location in Dubai Mall. There are plans in the pipeline for tickets to be made available online soon, though.

I have never screamed and laughed at the same time. It was super fun jumping of fear laughing at my friends doing so after me - never thought being scared could be that much fun!
Although it is short, decoration, sound effects live actors is something to scream for 
One phrase will do !! Better than London Dungeon and most haunted attractions I’ve been to. Respect!
